Dear friends, Chosen Ones,
As the “Thought of the Day” invites us, I come to share two thanksgivings, following the death of a cousin of my husband. We accompanied her two daughters to the funeral home, because this was a very difficult moment for them. We recited the rosary of Divine Mercy two days in a row, and on the second day a granddaughter prayed with us at the bedside of our cousin. On the day of the funeral, there was a great reconciliation between the brother and the eldest of the sisters who had not spoken to each other for years. We were overwhelmed, it seemed impossible! How great is the goodness of the Lord!
Another surprising development: my youngest brother had not seen his daughter for 15 years, due to serious complications related to his divorce. I prayed … and I had encouraged him to take a step towards his daughter, but it was too painful for him. Lately, he told me he has just gone to see his daughter! Everything went well! It had been so long that he did not recognize her. He told me she was beautiful, he who is usually so stingy with compliments. The Lord is great!
A big thank you for all that you do, in order for us to enjoy the graces linked to the “Thought of the Day”.
