For the eaglet, it is a catastrophe, but it is the only proper way for it to learn to fly by itself. It is the same for you at this moment: the time has come for you to leave behind certain attachments (even if they were beneficial and a source of security for you) just as the eaglet must leave the nest to learn to fly.
