God's Action

I am a doctor and a psychoanalyst. A few years ago, I left my professional life after a conversion. I felt the call of God for my mission, to open a house of peace and sharing. The challenge is great and I am going through a lot of doubts: is it the will of God?
Every night, I go down to our little oratory and I take place before the Lord. I read one or two pages in the books “For the Happiness of My Own, My Chosen Ones. Jesus.” I then find answers to my questions. It helps me to observe Jesus’ requests and to become Love. The messages in these books reveal the essence of the Gospel and make it accessible to the poor and ordinary people.

I’m one of those people who wait assiduously every morning for the “Thought of the Day”. Three years ago, I participated in a retreat with Léandre at the City of the Immaculate (Cité de l’Immaculée). I really took the messages seriously, but I still have an overwhelming, irresistible desire to read them and let myself be invaded by Love!
When I took part in the retreat, I was on the verge of depression and I was experiencing a great melancholy. My marriage was in great trouble, our children had turned against us, I could not see two of my grandchildren and, for me, my whole life seemed to be a complete failure. Our three daughters had left the house in a very painful way, my husband and I were constantly fighting. Yet, I had a life of prayer and a desire to do God’s Will.
Upon our return from the retreat, my husband and I read every day the “Thought of the Day”, and little by little, drop by drop, the situation has completely changed! But, above all, our hearts have changed, our couple has become more peaceful: tenderness drove away all misunderstandings, judgments, anxieties, quarrels, etc.
In the invisible, the Lord came to visit every member of our family. At Christmas, we were all together and we were happy.

I have a fresh personal testimony about your “Thoughts of the Day”: a friend in my entourage came to visit and told me about the neighborhood problems she had been suffering for some time, she was insecure to a saturation point and felt obliged to consider moving. During our exchange, I came to talk to her about another message that had recently brought me the incredible confirmation of an important and difficult decision I had taken on the very day that this message came in my emails. She immediately asked me: “What if we went to read the message of the day?” No sooner said than done, particularly since I had not yet had time to consult it myself. And what a surprise for both of us to see how well this message answered all that she had just shared!
Seeing the word “safety” in this Thought moved her, especially since she had expressed to me the contrary feeling that her current problems generate. She left with a different expression and a new light of hope in her eyes, the message written in hand to be able to read it again at home and meditate it … Amen! Jesus is still alive!

I’m an Evangelical. I work in the domain of social services, helping people with mental disorders. Through my work, I use prayer for those who ask for it.
One day, when I felt unhappy, one of these people came up to me in my office to sing a Christian song. This song said that a Christian person is a light in the world. She said: “You see, you’re a light for us.” I immediately felt plunged in the joy of sharing between the Lord, her and myself.
I read and reread the books of the trilogy “For the Happiness of My Own, My Chosen Ones. Jesus”. They bring me hope, despite my personal problems. Their simplicity allows me to talk about them easily to those around me. But I must say that it is difficult to give my “Yes” to the Lord for a transformation of my being, rather than to believe that it is up to the other person to change. It is essential that I place Jesus Christ in the first place in my life, in my heart, in my decisions and in my thoughts. It is therefore quite a journey, accomplished thanks to the holy patience the Lord has towards me.
Thank you so much for your website where I rejoice reading a Thought every day. These words are always very timely.

For some time now, I’ve been going to Mass with my wife every day when one is celebrated here. None were planned on Tuesdays and Thursdays. With my contribution to your work, I felt I had to go to worship to spend some time in intimacy with God, because I find taking a break to be very difficult. Last Tuesday, I went to an adoration chapel. The “Thought of the Day” that I have just received has confirmed my intuition, as well as the important moment that I had experienced and the teachings that I received from you.
Thanks be to God and yourself for the wonders that grow in me a little more each day. I now understand that the gifts that God gives us are commensurate with what we can receive. With what I feel in my heart every day, I think I would have a heart attack if He went any faster!
Thank you, Léandre, for your great first “Yes” and for all the “Yes” that you repeat every day. They are reflected in graces on all the Chosen Ones all over the world. What incredible love God brings to us, His little ones!
Glory to God for the choice of his Apostles of the twenty-first century, who can adapt themselves to the teachings while strictly respecting the Gospel.

This morning, as I read the “Thought of the Day,” I understood everything the Lord allowed me to live during the partial fire of my house. For several years, even before I take my morning coffee in the morning, I hasten to read the “Thought of the Day” and this Thought has transformed me; it makes me understand the greatness of Love.
On the evening of December 24, I went to celebrate midnight Mass with friends across the river. Having no boat to return the same evening, I stayed overnight at the monastery before coming back the next day at noon. Before leaving the monastery, I called my neighbor who told me my house was burning. What a shock, because I had to wait for the 4 P.M. boat before being able to go home!
Upon entering the house, I saw my breviary on the ground and, just beside it, an image of St. Therese of the Child Jesus. Not understanding any of it, because the firemen had ransacked the place, I read on the picture: “Do not think that when I am in Heaven, you will have only joys. It was not what I had nor what I wanted to have. You will have great trials, but I will send you lights that will make you appreciate and love them. You will have the obligation to say as I do: “Lord, you fill me with joy by all that you do. “
At the same time, like an arrow of love piercing my heart, I saw just before me, near my heart, a little fire of small, yellowish, equal flames. My heart was so gentle, so good, that I cried out: “Thou hast given me all, Lord, Thou hast taken all away from me, Thy Holy Name be blessed. I give you everything and I totally say “Yes” to everything You desire of me.” The Lord set my heart on fire and inflamed it with His Fire-Love. What more to say? Indeed, what more can I say? What freedom and what joy!
You now understand the importance the Thought of this morning has for me and this confirmation through all these heavenly messages.

On our wedding day, a priest gave us Volume 1 of the trilogy “For the Happiness of My Own, My Chosen Ones. Jesus”. This book stayed at our bedside for 9 years without being opened! Our whole family is going through a turbulent period: misunderstandings, incomprehension, etc. We even decided my husband and I to leave the family business and to establish our own enterprise.
One day, a friend suggested that I have a look at the Facebook page of the Chosen Ones! And there I remembered that unopened book! Since then, what I read of the Lord’s instructions to Léandre in his affairs seems to be directed to us. Now, this book doesn’t remain closed for more than two days!

The messages that Jesus transmits to us in “For the Happiness of My Own, My Chosen Ones. Jesus” open my heart even more to live and deepen a personal, intimate and sincere relationship with God, on a daily basis. In all the situations of my life, the Lord gives me faith and proves to me that He is always there to love me, guide me and save me […]. When I feel impatient, critical or angry, I entrust this to Jesus and these feelings disappear to make way for peace. I am amazed every time.
When I try to make our children understand that what they want can sometimes move them away from God and that I fail in this quest, I remain silent and I call Jesus to my rescue by entrusting him with my helplessness and my sadness. Shortly after, the children come back and say they understand.
When I am offended, I offer this suffering to Jesus. I speak to Him about what I feel: sadness, anger, resentment, discouragement […]. In prayer, I ask him to help me to forgive. Miracle! My resentment disappears and I feel loved, understood and carried by God. Forgiveness springs up in my heart and reconciliation ensues.
When I feel anxious, all I need to do is to think again about Jesus who says that I have nothing to fear, that He has all the situations in hand, that He takes care of the smallest details of my life and I find peace. I think that union with God is the only thing that makes us deeply happy. He demonstrates it to us by His action in our lives.
