God's Action

Thank you deeply for everything you do in Love, by Love and for Love. My parents and I followed a retreat with Léandre Lachance and we learned a lot. We see with a fresh eye how the repeated “Yes” to Love allows God to shape us for His greater glory.
A big thank you also for the thoughts of every day which, in the deep wisdom of Jesus, illuminate our days.

Yesterday was a special day for our family: our eldest son would have turned 15 years old. My husband had taken leave and we were together as a family at the seaside. But the weather was bad, I was sad and my husband annoyed. It was one of those days when nothing goes right! Finally, I turned on the television and we came across a movie which story was similar to our situation: a couple who lives the challenge of the death of their little boy; the story happens on the day of his birthday; the parents in pain are hurting each other, etc. Already, at that moment, I said to myself, “My sweet Jesus, you are here! “
The rest of the movie tells the story of the arrival of a guardian angel, that of the big sister who seems not to exist in the eyes of her mother following the death of her brother, and how the angel ends up reuniting the torn family. This film was a wink from the Lord, it upset us, my husband, our youngest son and me. We ended the day united, in peace and accompanied by the love of God for us. “It’s because Love loves us that we become Love.”
At a retreat with you, we were invited to pick a message from a basket, among many others. The message I received spoke of “the efficacy of the ministry of holy angels”. It was something I had never realized until this retreat. Since then, I speak about it to the people around me and I cannot stop receiving winks from the Lord.

The “Thought of the Day” nourishes my prayer; it is as if Jesus or Mary speak to me personally, it gives me confidence, while also balancing my faith in Love.
For example, when I read a message that touched me a lot, I thought of my husband who was experiencing serious health issues. I held on to trust and peace, as Jesus told me to do in His messages. My husband rediscovered faith and confessed, he accompanies me to Mass on Sundays and the last medical exams were positive; he is doing very well. I pray the Lord to keep Him in His love and increase His faith.

What a pleasure it was for me to meet this friend who put the book “For the Happiness of My Own, My Chosen Ones. Jesus” in my hands! What a joy to read all these lines of love, all these messages that touch my heart! What a joy to have found the way to God the Father through Jesus, His Son! What a pleasure to be able to say “Yes” thanks to this book! I cannot wait to read the rest and to continue my journey of faith and love. I’m anxious to continue opening my heart thanks to the lines I’m about to read.

I’ve lived thirty years of difficult marital life. I was unhappy, but I do not accuse anyone. I remained in this situation out of love for my children. Since then, I went through a separation and I live alone. I lacked affection, I was thirsty for love and tenderness.
The book “For the Happiness of My Own, My Chosen Ones. Jesus” put me on the true path of Christ’s Love. Heaven opened its doors in my soul and showed me the inexhaustible way of the Love of God. I feel it so strongly within myself that my doubts and my anguish melt like snow in the sun. At Christmas, I couldn’t do otherwise than to communicate with others with all my heart, all my tenderness and this immense love. Everyone, without exception, has accepted my wishes of love. They were touched and their faces expressed joy. The Lord changed the world because He was born under the sign of Love for us all. What a great gift!
What richness we have in ourselves, what a wonder to be able to love! It is a foretaste of eternal life. Isn’t it worthwhile to persevere to the end with an open heart? What the Lord wanted us to understand when He said: “For my yoke is sweet and my burden light” is now clear to me. I read the message 84 from Volume 2 and now, my calling is clear: “I made you an apostle.”

Just a few lines to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the words overflowing with love for us in our situation. The gift of trust is a grace during this difficult period our world is currently going through; it is precisely in this emptiness that I realize that I’m very small, indeed, a nobody. How could it be otherwise? And it is in this emptiness that I fully find God. My heart rejoices, you know! It is precisely through so much suffering that I encounter Love. He who has been in my heart forever, finally manifests Himself. Let us become hosts and take His place in us and among us. Thank you also for the messages, which, let me say it again, are so well tailored.

By my testimony, I would like to add to Léandre’s exhortation about worship. In addition to all the results that I have learned from the people who have participated to the adoration of the Blessed Sacrament with me, I have myself come to live an exceptional experience with this devotion.
I have a sister who was suffering from an illness that doctors in the area could not do anything about. She had to be transferred to the capital of our country, which is located more than 500 km from her residence. Many people have died of this kind of disease. Everything was complicated: expenses, travel, etc. I strongly hesitated to risk the transfer and I placed everything in the hands of God. During a time of worship that I led with seminarians, it was the great intention I had. Three days later, a local man came in declaring that he was able to handle such cases. Everybody hesitated, but I gave my permission and, two days later, my sister was perfectly cured. For me, it is the result of my sincere adoration.

It is incredible how your messages speak to me, directly from the Heart of God.
I have a university degree in theology, because I love God and I wanted to know him more. Only, I could not have a life of regular prayer, because I was afraid of myself. The more one advances in knowledge of God, the more one must advance proportionately in knowledge of oneself, in order not to fall prey to superstition or despair. But I couldn’t do it … I tried, but I always quit. And I fell vertiginously into superstition and despair.
Through reading, intercession through prayer and adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, I realized that a personal lie was living in me, whose motto was: “you are a monster.” Unaware of this lie until then, I didn’t understand why I could not live a life of prayer and intimacy with God. Now that I’m aware of it, I can lay it down at the foot of the Cross of Jesus.
I ask Mother Mary, my mother and our mother, to take me in her womb and cure me of the non-love that has engendered hatred and fear of myself.
On this day, you literally give me the roadmap to go forward. It is incredibly just, perfectly what I needed and so divine, that I can’t believe it! God is great!

Let us give glory and thanks to God for the wonders He performs in me, around me and through me. With my “Yes”, the change in my attitude bears more and more fruit and I’m constantly amazed. The happiness of seeing transformations in others through a simple reflection on my part, a sincere intervention in their trials or by my testimony of faith, is priceless. I’m so overwhelmed by the tangible presence of God at my side and in my actions since the retreat I followed with you on video. I’m constantly in thanksgiving and my heart is filled with gratitude!

It is only now that I write to thank you for your Christmas letter with all the gifts it contained. What a joy to know that Roc Estello offers rejuvenation retreats based on the spirituality of the Chosen Ones! I don’t know this place yet, but I know it is blessed. I was lucky enough to meet you at the Cité de l’Immaculée in Saint-Denis-du-Maine.
I found the DVDs of your retreats on the Internet and I followed the nine teachings. It has done so much good to me! Everything became simple again. Thank you for investing so much efforts to put all your teachings at our disposal. Every day I read the “Thought of the Day” and very often I read the corresponding page in the books to better meditate and put it into practice.
Great things are happening: our third daughter has been suffering from mental illness since 2005. She’s finally receiving a treatment that suits her. Our eldest daughter, who kept her distances, came to spend Christmas with us. Her 5-year-old girl came to Mass for the first time with me yesterday, at her request! This is the result of the “Yes” given humbly every day. May this new world promised to the Chosen Ones grow and expand in the world! It is my dearest wish!
