God's Action

I met someone who explained to me all the work of the Chosen Ones of Jesus and how it could support me in my religious journey following the death of my sister. This person was forwarding me the daily messages. I read them and found that I could relate to many of them. So I decided to get the books of the trilogy “For the Happiness of My Own, My Chosen Ones. Jesus” and the card-sized messages that I could then carry with me to read again and again at will.
I witness the action of the Almighty and I understand that I am His instrument, through which He reaches hearts. I am grateful for all that He does for me and my loved ones.

The first contact I had with the book “For the Happiness of My Own, My Chosen Ones. Jesus” happened through one of the messages that was reproduced in the Stella Maris magazine. It touched me so much that I read it several times, meditated, and prayed. I put my hands on the three volumes that replaced almost every other spiritual readings, especially the first volume. Trust me, I have read tons of literatures without much benefice. The Lord touched me through the reading of this book. I finally found a simple way of life devoid of the possibility of becoming discouraged. The messages of Jesus have given me hope and certainty that the Civilization of Love is really coming. I discovered how to participate, despite my disability and weaknesses. A great source of happiness!
For several years now, I have progressed with this book and on many occasions, I had the joy of hearing the shepherd of our community say words that I had read in the volume, which he did not own himself. It’s the same Holy Spirit that inspires everywhere!

Today, the “Thought of the Day” has produced a dazzling effect in me. I even jumped up to thank our Lord! It was as if He was there and looked at me, even in all the gestures of my daily life that have become so insipid and banal!

Through the Thought of this day, the Lord tells me that He looks at me and that He does not abandon me, that He is aware of my disarray. Moreover, He promises to fill me for what I do for free. It’s incredible, but in a matter of seconds, He made me understand that He was there! He knows everything! He is also the only one to compliment me so!

I listened to you and met briefly during your visit to N/S a few years ago. It was an unforgettable evening and the beginning of the discovery of the volumes “For the Happiness of My Own, My Chosen Ones. Jesus”.

I would like to thank you for all the work you accomplish to convey the “Thoughts of the Day” daily.
It is incredible: at night and in the morning, when I wake up, I sometimes “ruminate” some of my husband’s reactions, but when I go to read the Thought quickly, my state of mind is transformed, going from rumination to praise, rather than to remain negative. The messages you give us always manifest themselves at the right time and help me deeply. They carry me and encourage me to follow the right direction.

Things are so simple with Jesus! I thank him for this Thought and for the gift of His Eucharistic Presence, which I can taste frequently. I feel privileged and I give Him permission to continue to transform me, because we are more easily deformed than we allow ourselves to be formed.

Several years ago, my husband and I adopted a little girl with a big handicap and he is presently seriously ill and loosing his abilities. I am thus experiencing great difficulties and my burden is heavy. However, I read the book “For the Happiness of My Own, My Chosen Ones. Jesus” and that was a real source of happiness for me. I was overwhelmed by so much love from the Lord and I said yes to the situation that is mine. As I read this volume, I found peace and joy. I give thanks to the Lord for the word He gives us, it reaches us in the depths of our heart.

A friend of mine was diagnosed with lung cancer and his condition required shock treatment. He could not breathe normally and choked regularly. He refused any extension of treatment. In the case where he refused treatments, it was predicted that he would not live to see the holidays of 2014. Chemotherapy would only give him an additional delay of a few months. He finally accepted the treatments and, in February 2015, he learned that the cancer mass had completely disappeared … no more cancer! He’s more fit than ever!
His friends prayed for him. We encouraged and supported him – as well as his wife – in every possible way. It is the fruit of the power of prayer! Let us give thanks to the Lord!

I received the “Thought of the Day” of the Chosen Ones from a friend, and I decided to subscribe, with sincerity, but without really knowing anything about it. I read them day after day, sometimes doubting, because there is so much love expressed and one is not used to receive as much. Then, one day, Jesus asked for our “Yes”, my “Yes”, and I said “Yes”. Why? I don’t know … but I felt I had to respond that way, without ulterior motive. Since then, my life has changed!
Jesus is truly alive in us. Surrendering everything to Him by our “Yes” permits Him to guide our lives in an incredible way: readings, encounters, actions, thoughts, prayers, etc.
Yesterday, I wanted to spend a moment of Adoration and, when I arrived with questions in mind for Jesus, a conference was held in the room where the Blessed Sacrament was exhibited. I wanted to leave, but I sat down. The speaker was a hermit nun to whom Jesus appeared. I listened and she answered my questions! She quoted Saint John: “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us.”

During my journey with a new community from 1999 to 2006, I discovered the first volume of your trilogy “For the Happiness of My Own, My Chosen Ones. Jesus”. I admit that these messages made me evolve a lot, I cannot spend a single day without consulting them, I feel that it is Jesus who speaks to me on a daily basis, I like to end my days with a message. I am now a seminarian in Quebec and I would like to subscribe to receive the “Thought of the Day”. Starting my day with a message from Jesus would really be a good dose of vitamin C!

I took part in your retreat with a very small group in Delémont (Switzerland) in August. For some time, I have been asking the Lord to find me another job instead of being engaged in Church. I mainly take care of catechesis for the children. You confirmed to me that the Lord wants me in this place. In fact, I started my new pastoral year last September, but for the first time, it was without fear, in a spirit of peace and assurance.
Last week, I took some thought cards with me for catechism. At the time of the prayer, every one of the 9-year-old took a card and they were able to read it to others. At the end of the catechism, a child came to my house and said to me: “This word on this card, it is truly alive; it has been several days since I ask Jesus if it is true that He is always with me and the card gave me the answer.” This is a little wink from the Lord.
