Lord Jesus,
I believe You are the Son of God
created Man, born of the Virgin Mary.
I believe You died to redeem the world.
I believe You rose from the dead
to give me true life.
I believe that You ascended to Heaven
to prepare a place for me in Your Kingdom of Love.
I recognize in You the God of Kindness,
Tenderness, Mercy and Forgiveness.
I ask Your forgiveness for all my sins.
I wholeheartedly regret them.
I know You’re waiting for me with arms wide open
To welcome me in Your Mercy.
Holy Father, through the power of Jesus’ Name,
of His redeeming Blood, through the merits
of His Passion, of his Death and of His Resurrection,
through the power of Your Spirit,
the intercession of the Immaculate Virgin
and Saint Michael the Archangel, covered
with the great Mantle of the Holy Family,
Jesus, Mary and Joseph,
I ask You to liberate me
of everything that doesn’t come from You.
Liberate me in the depths of my being,
to the roots of the evil that resides in me.
Liberate my unconscious, my subconscious,
my conscience of everything that could have proven hurtful to Your Love,
voluntarily or not.
Liberate my soul of every selfish reaction,
of setbacks, pride, complacency,
reckless judgments.
Liberate my mind
from painful memories
of my past life,
which trouble my soul.
I place everything that is not from You,
Holy Father, at the foot
of the Glorious Cross of Christ,
so that all may be shattered
by His Precious blood
and thrown into the abyss
and that it may not come back.
Instead Lord, my God,
I ask You to fill me with Your Holy Spirit,
Your Spirit of Light, Your Spirit of Truth,
Your Spirit of Humility, You Spirit of Strength,
Your Spirit of Piety, Your Spirit of Gentleness,
Your Spirit of Purity,
so that, seeing Your Will,
I may have the courage to accomplish it.
Finally, Lord,
I ask You to bless all those
who hurt me with words,
gestures or actions.
Fill them with Your blessings and Your Spirit.
Holy Father, I thank You for this liberation
that You grant me now,
because I’m certain that You hear my prayer.
I believe in Your Love.
